Livingstone Mashele

Livingstone Mashele is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Hoxana Consulting. He holds Masters in Business Administration from Henley Business School (University of Reading), a BTech in Civil Engineering Transportation) and a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Vaal University of Technology and Project Management Professional (PMP). He is registered with ECSA as Professional Engineering Technologist.

He is well experienced and gained valuable experience over 10 years in multi-disciplinary projects with his responsibilities ranging from project marketing, project management, client relations, infrastructure design, documentation, tender evaluation, and site monitoring.

Zenzile Shibambu

Non-executive Director

Zenzile Shibambu holds Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Free State. She is currently studying towards her Ph.D. in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of the Free State. She also holds Executive Management Programme (EMP) Certificate from the University of Limpopo and Executive Program, Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis from Queen ’s University (USA). She served in management positions for more than 15 years from various organizations amongst them the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), Department of Agriculture, Local Government and Housing, and Department of Health. She is now the Sector Specialist Musina-Makhado Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Limpopo Economic Development Agency (LEDA).

Thabani Vundla

Chief Operating Officer, Thabani Vundla, formerly the Technical Director of Hoxana Consulting Engineers has a passion for continued development and innovation in the built environment.

An astute Technologist and ECSA Registered Professional holding a B-Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) and Project Management Professional (PMP), he is self-motivated and industry driven. His core experience revolves around Infrastructure and Structural Design with the ability to steer Professional teams to a target Design Purpose and Intent.
