Livingstone Mashele

CEO / Director of Transportation (MBA, B-Tech Eng., Pr. Tech. Eng.)

Livingstone Mashele is the Executive Director and co-founder of Hoxana Consulting. He holds Masters in Business Administration from Henley Business School (University of Reading), a BTech in Civil Engineering Transportation) and a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Vaal University of Technology. He is registered with ECSA as Professional Engineering Technologist. He is well experienced and gained valuable experience over 10 years in multi-disciplinary projects with his responsibilities ranging from project marketing, project management, client relations, infrastructure design, documentation, tender evaluation, and site monitoring.

Zenzile Shibambu

Non-executive Director

Zenzile Shibambu holds Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Free State. She is currently studying towards her Ph.D. in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of the Free State. She also holds Executive Management Programme (EMP) Certificate from the University of Limpopo and Executive Program, Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis qualifications from Queen’s University (USA). She served in management positions for more than 15 years from various organizations amongst being the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), Department of Agriculture, Local Government and Housing, and Department of Health. She is now the Sector Specialist Musina-Makhado Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Limpopo Economic Development Agency (LEDA).

Thabani Vundla

COO / Director of Urban & Water (B-Tech Eng., Pr.Techni. Eng.)

Thabani Vundla is the Technical Director of Hoxana Consulting with a passion for continuous development and innovation in the built environment. A graduate of the Vaal University of Technology in the Civil Engineering Faculty, he is set to complete his BTech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering). His core experience revolves around the design of a range of civil works in Roads, Water, and Sanitation as well as minor structures to name a few.

Thabani Vundla

Chief Operating Officer, Thabani Vundla, formerly the Technical Director of Hoxana Consulting Engineers has a passion for continued development and innovation in the built environment.

An astute Technologist and ECSA Registered Professional holding a B-Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering), he is self-motivated and industry driven. His core experience revolves around Infrastructure and Structural Design with the ability to steer Professional teams to a target Design Purpose and Intent.



Thuthukile Ndlovu

CFO (B Com)

Thuthukile Ndlovu Is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Hoxana Consulting Engineers. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Business Management, Economics and Information Systems & Technology. A SARS Accredited Tax practitioner and also well-versed on Investments; portfolio analysis and management.

Experienced in but not limited to; Financial analysis, Corporate finance, Start-ups, Entrepreneurial-ship, Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial modelling, Risk-assessments, Statutory compliance, Business strategies & development, Business management & performance reviews and Client Relationship Management.

Bashizi Mudhawa

Managing Director (Design Office) (BSc)

Hubert Bashizi is a Managing Director with Hoxana Consulting where he has worked since graduating from The University of Witwatersrand with a BSc in Civil Engineering (2016).

Through his work with Hoxana, Hubert specialises in Infrastructure Structural Projects which involves a lot of planning, critical and analytical thinking, studying complex and unique problems, develop innovative designs, management project cost, human resources, and schedule, interacting with local communities and different stakeholders.



Fanuel Murwira

Nelspruit Regional Managing Director (Urban & Water) (BSc)

Fanuel Murwira is a Regional Managing Director at Hoxana Consulting Engineers with a zest for solving complex problems. A dedicated professional and detail-oriented Civil Engineer holding a Master of Engineering (Civil Engineering).

His core experience revolves around cost and time metrics planning, civil infrastructure design and project management.

Maduduzo Sibanda

Johannesburg Managing Director (Urban & Water) (BSc)

Maduduzo Sibanda a Managing Director at Hoxana Consulting Engineers. She holds a Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Witwatersrand. Maduduzo has twelve (12) years’ postgraduate experience in the planning and design, contract management and supervision of construction of civil and structural infrastructure in urban, industrial, commercial and institutional developments.

Maduduzo has worked with diversified medium to large scale projects in the Civil Engineering arena which gave her an in-depth understanding of the professional and the ability to handle various domain areas in Civil Engineering. She is therefore able to manage the full project life cycle in the execution of infrastructure projects. She has extensive experience in project management and is well conversant with the Principles of the Project Management Body of Knowledge.

Maduduzo also has a keen interest in community development, business concept development, feasibility studies, market research and sustainability testing. Maduduzo has expertise with various latest engineering tools and techniques, cost evaluation techniques which she applies in her professional career to produce cost-effective solutions.



Talent Murwira

Managing Director (Electrical)(BSc)

Talent T. Murwira is a Managing Director at Hoxana Consulting Engineers. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Cape Town, Post Graduate diploma in Project Management and a BSc Honours in Electrical Engineering.

He is registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer. He has diversified experience in power industry, building services engineering and project management.

Itumeleng Nkosi

Senior Administration Manager / Officer

Itumeleng Nkosi is a Senior Administrative Manager with Hoxana Consulting Engineers where she has worked for seven years. She is a qualified Quality Management Officer, Internal Auditor (ISO 9001) and Marketing Manager. Itumeleng Nkosi heads the contracted administrative and operational compliance division and has a background in Tender Processes and Contract Procedures, Quality Management Principles and Client relationship management.
